Background

Flame Ventures is an American film and television company owned by Tony Krantz based in Beverly Hills, California.

1st Logo (September 16, 2003-March 4, 2008)


Visuals: The sequence starts with a white bar on the lower half of the screen against footage of a match burning. As the match is revealed, "FLAMEVENTURES, LLC" fades on top of the white bar.

Variant: On television shows, the word "VENTURES, LLC" is replaced by "TELEVISION".

Technique: Live-action.

Audio: A weird eerie-like noise. Sometimes, a different noise with a flame burst is used, having the closing theme or silence.

Availability: Appeared on Rock Me Baby, The Bad Girl's Guide, South Beach, the first 2 seasons of NASCAR Drivers: 360 and 3 Pigs and a Baby.

2nd Logo (September 9, 2008-)


Visuals: It starts with a fireball is starting to flame in a space background with the sun, then some fire flames bursting into the air, forming "FLAME" in black and "VENTURES" in gray. The text then stays against the moving fire flames background.

Variants:

  • A shortened version exists.
  • A still version exists.
  • On Dracula (2013), the logo is next to the Playground logo against a red, fancy pattern frame.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: There is a flame burst before seven slow and dramatic piano notes play accompanied with choir singers and strings. Sometimes, the closing theme plays over it or none.

Availability: First seen on Tortoise vs. Hare and can be seen on Dracula (2013), The Big Bang, Blood and Oil, among others.
