Bay Films

Background

This is Michael Bay's other production company (please see this page to understand the context) that produces his action films. It is alternatively named Bayhem Films on some movies.

1st Logo (2022-)

Visuals: On a black background, there is the text "Bay Films" in a gray, unrecognizable font. A blue light can be seen on the bottom edge of the "B" in "Bay". This is a still logo.

Variants:

  • On Ambulance, the text is much darker than usual.
  • A short version exists.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: None or the opening/closing theme of the movie.

Availability: First seen on trailers and promotional spots for Ambulance (2022) and later appeared on the film itself following the mid-credits scene.

2nd Logo (June 9, 2023-)

Visuals: The screen fades in to a metal cube. The camera zooms out to reveal several other metal cubes (sort of like the Silver Pictures logo) that move and shift like a Transformer changing from robot to vehicle and back. As the figure zooms back, the letter "B", the nonsense word "HEM", and the word "FILMS" fade in and turn forward. The figure has become two cubes and separate the "B" and "HEM". Two bright blue lights appear on top and underneath the text before dying out. The finished result is supposed to say "Bayhem Films".

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Same as above.

Availability: It debuted on Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. It is currently used in tandem with the previous logo; it's unknown if this is replacing the previous logo or if it is being used specifically for the aforementioned franchise.
