Background
American Eagle Films Corporation was the production company of Robert Hiltzik. They only made one movie, the slasher cult classic Sleepaway Camp.
1st Logo (November 18, 1983)

Trivia: According to the closing credits for Sleepaway Camp, the logo was designed by Matthew Oscar and Michael Dweck & Co.
