This was the television arm of the Zomba Group of Companies.

Visuals: Same as the Zomba Films logo, but it's shortened and the "FILMS" text is replaced with "TELEVISION".
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A CBS generic theme with a voiceover.
Availability: Its only known appearance was on the CBS special N'Sync Live!: The Atlantis Concert.
Legacy: This logo predates the film counterpart by three months.
