Film Polski Vision

NOTE: This includes the contact screen before the warning in each logo.

1st Warning (1986-1990)

Visuals: After the Film Polski Vision screen ends, there is a blue background, then, on a gray background is the following text:

Then it disappears via a circular effect, and a new warning appears on the same gray background. It looks like this:
