1st Warning (2004-2007?)

Visuals: On a dark blue background with the Star Records print logo with a black transparent rectangle on the center, on the bottom-right corner, there is the Star Records Video logo and we then see the word "WARNING" written in ITC Avant Garde Gothic font. The same font was used from the 1993 British Columbia TriStar Warning Screen at the time. and below, there is the text:

This motion picture contained in this video disc is protected by copyright and approved by the OPTICAL MEDIA BOARD. Unauthorized duplication, distribution or public exhibition carries a maximum penalty of imprisonment for one (1) year and or fine of Php 100,000,00 (P.D. 1987)

2nd Warning (2007?-2017)

Visuals: Same as the 1st Star Records Video warning screen, but the dark blue background is now changed into a black background and the Star Records print logo is replaced by the Star Home Video print logo and the Star Records Video part is now deleted (or removed) now modified and slightly darker.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on all Star Home Video's VCD and DVD releases from 2007 to 2017.

3rd Warning (2008-2017)

Visuals: Same as the 2004 warning screens from other companies.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on Filipino/American Star Home Video DVD releases. [Examples?]
