- Seen at the beginning of the UK EIV tapes from 1983 to 2003 and on DVDs from 1998 to 2003. Such titles that used this warning screen include The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, Starchaser: The Legend of Orin, The Mask, Se7en, American History X, Boogie Nights, Super Mario Bros. (1993), Blade, Final Destination, and Wild Things, among others.
- Note that this commonly appears more so on releases with the third logo than ones with the second logo.
2nd Warning (2003-)
