From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st Warning (April 6, 1990-January 15, 1991)

Visuals: On the same blue-green gradient background as the AnimEigo logo that follows, there is the text that wipes in via a dusting effect:

non-commercial
private exhibition
in homes.

mance, other use
or copying is
strictly prohibited.

The text then wipes away, and then copyright information relating to the movie who was subtitling or dubbing wipes in the same effect. It then wipes away, and then the AnimEigo logo begins.

strictly prohibited.
