Background

In 2000, Behaviour Interactive was sold back to its founders by Behaviour Communications and renamed A2M (Artificial Mind & Movement), but the name was reverted back in 2010 due to it being overly complex, in addition to avoiding possible comparison to the explicit term that shares the same abbreviation.

Logo (November 10, 2000-September 23, 2010)

Visuals: The logo looks like a custom circular figure with the stylized name "A2M" below. There are many variants for each game. Early games have the full name below, several later games for portable platforms also have the full name in two lines, placed right to the figure.

Variants:

  • Later on in the logo's life, "A2M" is in a more standard, stock font.
  • The Grinch (2000), Bugs Bunny & Taz: Time Busters (2000): The first used version, it has a brown figure and the full name underneath.
  • Smurf Racer! (2000), High School Musical: Livin' The Dream (2007), Happy Feet (2006, DS): The logo is in white on a black background. The latter two use the shortened name of "A2M", while the former uses the full name.
  • Monsters, Inc: Scare Island (2001): A white dot appears and jumps three times, creating the letters of "A2M", which appear spinning with green dust and then back to normal. Then the dot creates the circular figure.
  • Carmen Sandiego: The Secret of the Stolen Drums (2004): The figure, in red, blurs in as it slowly spins, with "A2M" fading in below. The name is swept away as the symbol zooms in and blurs into a large red light, segueing into the game's intro.
  • Get On Da Mic (2004): The A2M logo, with a flash, switches to a DJ set with a spinning A2M symbol on the turntable. A record is placed containing the game's title on the turntable.
  • Scaler (2004): Two lizards come and walk until one of then bites the tail of another. Then they chase each other and swirl into the A2M logo.
  • Home On The Range (2004): On a black background, a fiery branding iron creates a white A2M logo. The letters of "A2M" pop in one by one with banjo strings corresponding to each appearing.
  • Scooby-Doo! Mystery Mayhem (2004): Two blue ghosts come in from the top and bottom of the screen and spiral around each other until they form the A2M logo. The ghosts fly away towards the camera, and one passes below to form a glowing "A2M" in its trail.
  • Kim Possible 2: Drakken's Demise (2004): On a gray striped background resembling an older computer monitor, a green reticle appears and forms the A2M logo, which becomes white. "A2M" pops in below one by one.
  • Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Mis-Ed-Ventures (2005, Console): On a black background, Ed and Eddy (characters from Ed, Edd 'n Eddy) (Ed and Eddy) come in, Ed holding half of the A2M circle. Ed puts up the logo, in the process snagging Eddy on the circle. Ed runs back with the other half of the circle, with Edd/Double D already stuck on this half. Ed spins the logo, causing Edd and Eddy to spin with i. Both of them are flung off and Eddy crashes into the camera causing a fade to white, After it fades, the completed logo with A2M is shown as the circle slows down. The logo keeps on spinning until it slows down.
  • Ed, Edd 'n Eddy: The Mis-Ed-Ventures (2005, GBA): A jawbreaker machine is shown. The handle of it clicks once, An average Ed Edd 'n Eddy oversized jawbreaker comes out of it and smashes into the camera. As it falls off the A2M circle is revealed in the hole in the camera it formed. "A2M" appears one by one as Ed is heard laughing.
  • Scooby-Doo Unmasked (2005): There is white silhouettes of Shaggy and Scooby walking with a flashlight. They notice the Warner Bros. shield, then the THQ logo, and the light shuts off. Shaggy hits the flashlight repeatedly until it turns on again, and we see the A2M logo. It unveils and turns into two ghosts. Shaggy says "Zoinks!", and the two run off, with the ghosts chasing after them.
  • Kim Possible 3: Team Possible (2005): The logo is in green and appears on a blue grid design.
  • Kim Possible: Kimmunicator (2005): The logo and name are lime green with dark green lines inside on a black background, seen on both the top and bottom screens.
  • FLOW: Urban Dance Uprising (2005): On a white background, a black silhouette of a dancer walks in from the left. He breakdances and becomes a blur, forming the A2M symbol. 'A2M' spins in below.
  • That's So Raven 2: Supernatural Style (2005): The logo is in a light maroon color with a yellow glow, on a background also maroon with a large burgundy A2M symbol.
  • Monster House (2006): The logo appears through the moving pits resembling a holes in a wooden floor, which combine and attach together to form the A2M symbol. 'A2M' appears below, appearing washed out. The dot inside the logo is a bit brighter than the rest.
  • Monster House (2006, GBA): DJ walks past the logo, which turns into an evil-looking eye with a glowing red pupil, which then turns back to normal. ''Developed by Artificial Mind & Movement.'' is seen below.
  • Monster House (2006, DS): The logo is orange with the 'A2M' text in black on a slightly yellowed-looking cloudy background with trees on either side.
  • The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody: Tipton Caper (2006): A flying trolley moves past and spins the A2M symbol. 'A2M' appears below, followed by ''Developed by Artificial Mind & Movement.''
  • Teen Titans (2006, Console): A superhero flies along a background moving red and black lines, and throws a disc towards the screen, which is revealed to be the A2M logo as it hits the screen and the background becomes black. 'A2M' appears below, as well as the stacked text 'Developed by Artificial Mind And Movement'.
  • Teen Titans (2006, GBA): A pepperoni pizza can be seen on a black background, and each member of the Titans takes a slice (besides Cyborg, who takes half of the pizza) to reveal the A2M logo behind it, with 'A2M' appearing one by one. ''Developed by Artificial Mind & Movement.'' is seen below.
  • The Ant Bully (2006, Console): A beetle carrying a glowworm reveals the A2M logo on an ancient-looking mural. It then moves to the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Midway logos.
  • The Ant Bully (2006, GBA): An ant pushes the A2M logo in from the left of the screen, and scuttles back off to the left. 'A2M' appears one by one. ''Developed by Artificial Mind & Movement.'' is seen below.
  • Happy Feet (2006, Console): The camera pans up from a snowy landscape during a snowstorm. The A2M logo spins and flies in as the storm settles.
  • Happy Feet (2006, GBA): The logo is orange with a white outline. ''Developed by Artificial Mind & Movement.'' is seen below.
  • Kim Possible: What's The Switch? (2006), High School Musical: Sing It! (2007): Four orange dots come in and join in the centre and merge, creating a pulse that forms a misty A2M symbol. 'A2M' appears below. The logo animation then reverses as 'A2M' disappears, ending at the point when the dots become one.
  • Drake & Josh (2007): Similar to the Happy Feet GBA variant, but on a gray background.
  • Drake & Josh: Talent Showdown (2007): The logo is white on a complicated blue background containing a white grid and several dark blue dots and lines. The full company name is seen below.
  • High School Musical: Makin' The Cut! (2007), Indiana Jones and the Staff Of Kings (2009, DS): The logo is platinum with a metallic sheen and a lens flare behind it. 'Artificial Mind & Movement' is seen below.
  • Kim Possible: Global Gemini (2007): The logo is white on a black background on the top screen. The Shin'en Multimedia logo is on the bottom screen.
  • The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody: Circle Of Spies (2008), The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody: Tipton Trouble (2007): The A2M logo is white (with a slight black dropshadow) on a red striped background. The latter game has more parallel lines, while the former more so converge in the centre diagonally.
  • Spider-Man: Friend or Foe (2007): The logo is steel blue, with blue glow behind and full name below.
  • The Golden Compass (2007, DS): The logo is white on a black background, and has the byline 'A2M and the A2M logo are trademarks of Artificial Mind & Movement, Inc.'.
  • Kung Fu Panda: Legendary Warriors (2008): The white logo flickers in on a gritty red/orange background with multiple flashes and weapon sounds, and disappears in a flash of light.
  • High School Musical 2: Work This Out! (2008): The A2M logo is formed by a swirling mass of bubbles.
  • Iron Man (2008, PS2/Wii): A circular machine forms a pulsing ball of electricity, and the A2M logo appears inside. The machines fades away as the A2M logo shrinks out of view.
  • Iron Man (2008, DS): The logo is formed in a burst of electricity, pulsing forward and settling back.
  • The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor (2008, DS): The logo appears to be inscribed on a dimly-lit temple wall in brown.
  • Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (2009, Console): The logo zooms through the jungle to the golden temple statue, which holds the mystic circle. The logo appears on the circle.
  • Ice Age: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs (2009, DS): The logo is at an angle, in metallic silver, and has a blue light emitting from it. The full company name is seen below.
  • Shorts (2009, DS): Same as the above variant, but brighter and letterboxed, with the company name in the black space.
  • WET (2009): There is an old wooden ring colored red and surrounded by standing bullets. A scorpion attacks the camera closely and is shot several times. We then see the logo from the top and all bullets fall, leaving only the wooden background with the logo.
  • Naughty Bear (2010): The logo is seen on a spinning green planet with several trees and stars, all in a craft, hand-stitched style. The A2M symbol is in an oblong red shape, while the full company name is in an oblong blue shape. Copyright info is seen above: '© Artificial Mind and Movement Inc.
