This is continuously a big issue that we are not sure what to do with them. I suggest removing them in a similar light to how incomplete pages may be marked for deletion, but under these guidelines: * They may be immediately removed if there is nothing in the section (e.g. just the lifespan with "TBA" under it) *..."
