Warning regarding fictious logos

Hello, TheLogoLover. A user has raised suspicions that the logo you documented on the wiki is fake. Considering the recent revision in mind, which appears to be exaggerated for production logo standards, the draft has been deleted. Please note that we do not allow fictious logos to be documented in either mainspace or draftspace, as that dampers the reliability and accuracy of the wiki. Since this wiki is supposed to be informative, true and accurate information is desired. Otherwise, there will be less credibility to the information we present on the wiki, which in this case includes describing logos. If you want the contents of the draft restored, you may recreate it but under your associated userpages such as your sandbox. If you continue to document fake logos to the wiki, your account may be temporarily banned. Thank you. Camenati (talk) 08:37, 21 March 2024 (UTC)

Temporary sitewide block notice

Hello, TheLogoLover. You appeared to have documented another fictious logo to the wiki (in this regard being NFL Films). Because of this, your account has been temporarily suspended. Next time, if you want to prove the legitimacy of your logo finds, please at least provide a source as to where the logo can be found whether in the Availability section or in captures uploaded to the wiki. The lack of said elements has resulted in multiple users raising suspicion of the legitimacy of your logo finds, which resulted in them being labelled as fake and ultimately face deletion. During the duration of your ban, I suggest you review the site rules to grasp what else is allowed and not allowed on the wiki. I hope this helps and hope you will return with better credibility. Regarding your recent section additions

Hello, TheLogoLover and nice effort on your additions to Magyar Telekom. Please note that examples are required to be stated in the Availability section, as the point of said section is to list sources in which the tag appears in. Simply stating "Seen on channels that air these ads" and nothing else is practically missing the point of the Availability section. It would need examples to clarify which channels have aired the company's ads and what specific commercials contain them. Considering you know what the AvailabilityExamples template does (from what I've seen from your past creations), you have that to add to the end of the section if it is unknown which advertisements contain these logos or simply leave "Unknown" or something similar, but it should be used if there is no source provided in the video captures and not even extensive research can determine that. When it comes to advertisements, considering commercials containing these tags can very easily be found on video sharing websites, stating commercials as sources should not be too hard since you have the title of the video to state as the source title. If there is no title provided for the specific advertisement, at least describe what it is about or what it is promoting. That still beats simply stating the obvious and nothing else. Thank you for your understanding. Camenati (talk) 06:27, 30 March 2024 (UTC)

Regarding your mainspace page creation

Hello, TheLogoLover. Considering your first mainspace page creation, you'll have to take editing guidelines more seriously. You were previously reminded about examples, but now you have to avoid inserting POV terms into articles and stating there is no Technique used for the logo. The reason why is for quality control, but for specific reasons, POV terms sets the articles in an informal, conversational tone we have been trying to avoid as of recently. As for misusing the Technique section by stating "None", it implies they are made out of thin air, which does not sound logical. You should use phrases such as "A still, digital graphic" or something similar in describing still logos instead of having to attach the SectionMisuse template at the end of the Technique section each time you describe a still logo with simply "None". Considering this is mainspace and it falls in the case of another strike towards a ban, that also tells the editor wants to both continue old editing habits and constructively remind others of something that requires fixing in spite of it breaking the rules either way. But in the end, this is for consistency and again, quality control so that newer pages creations avoid the issues that were marked in older pages. Considering this is your second warning regarding editing guidelines, continued misuse may result in another temporary block. For more things to avoid and add when writing articles in both namespaces (mainspace and draftspace), read the tutorial guide closely. Thank you. Camenati (talk) 06:39, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

Strong warning regarding editing guidelines

Hello, TheLogoLover. It appears you have reinstated potentially false information onto the AlphaDream Corporation, Ltd. page albeit changing one small detail, again with no source to back that claim. Not only have you been reminded regarding false information, in spite of a previous promise of avoiding the addition of such material on the future, but you are practically edit warring in that matter. This is when users disagree over the content of an article and repeatedly revert each other's edits. This type of editing is disruptive and unproductive. Please discuss the issue on the article's talk page or conflicting user before editing further.
Taking into account your previous, relatively lengthy bans, I am giving you a strong warning regarding editing guidelines and I strongly implore you to revisit the site rules and tutorial guide to understand what else is allowed and not allowed when editing pages. If you continue to violate rules on the wiki, your account may be blocked for a lengthier period of time. Continued offenses after said ban may result in an indefinite block.
On another note, you appear to be reinstating the Delete template on a draft you have previously created due to a declining interest, which may also be considered edit warring since it was removed the previous time and both serve the same purpose. I will fulfill your request this time around, but if it were removed, then again, please do not revert it back and be sure to discuss it with the conflicting user who reverted your edits. Temporary sitewide block notice

Unfortunately, it appears you have edit warred again, this time on the Water Plus Productions page by reinstating the delete template, complete with the exact same reasoning. This, in spite of a previous strong warning reminding you to avoid edit warring and reinstating delete templates without discussion and talk through the reverted change with the conflicting user. Because of this, and taking account the severity of your previous bans and numerous editing guidelines violations, you have been temporarily banned yet again. At this moment, you really need to improve yourself when you return to the wiki after all those rules you have broken. You have previously been strongly asked to re-read the site rules and tutorial guide and it is a good time to understand them and improve that common sense in the future. At this point, you are getting closer towards an indefinite ban. Again, please use this time to improve, understand, and practice what is desired and avoid those that will likely result in another ban. Until then, we'll see you again when you return and tread carefully. Camenati (talk) 04:25, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
