(November 1979-April 17, 1980)

Nicknames: "The Non-Pegasus TriStar", "The Non-Sony TriStar", "Where the Pegasus?", "Shooting Stars TriStar"

Logo: On a black background is the text:

A TriStar Pictures Production

which appears in a white Serpentine font. Coming out of the "i" in "Tri" are three shooting stars going, up, left and right.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: Just the opening theme to the movie.

Availability: Very rare. This TriStar company only produced two movies: The Prize Fighter and The Private Eyes starring Tim Conway and Don Knotts. Both of which were distributed by New World Pictures.

Editor's Note: None. The "Tristar" text might get people to laugh, but it's a harmless logo.
