1st Tag (2000s-April 2017)

Visuals:

  • Opening: On a blue background with multiple outlines of circles and triangles spinning and two copies of the word "MEDI FACTS" rotating clockwise is a rotating blue model of a human on a circle. Then, "MEDI" and "facts" zoom out and stop in the center. "HEALTHCARE INFORMATION ADVERTISING" fades in below. The circle and triangle outlines in the main circle stop spinning and a flash occurs behind the rotating human model.
  • Closing: Over the same background is a small version of the completed MediFacts logo, with the human model directly facing the screen. The copies of "MEDI FACTS" surround the logo and rotate throughout. Below is "medifacts.tv" and below that, "This message is sponsored by [Product Being Advertised]". The Buchanan Group logo plays below.

Variants:

  • On most commercials, the opening variant starts when the text zooms out.
  • Prior to at least 2011, the blue parts are colored gold.

Technique: CGI by Wayne Bryant.

Audio:

  • Visuals: A 3-note synth tune with a choir.
  • Closing: The reviewer from the commercial says "This has been MediFacts for [Product Being Advertised]."

Availability: Appears on all MediFacts commercials of the era.

2nd Tag (April 2017-)

Visuals:

  • Opening: On a white background, an aquamarine circle zooms in until it's out of view. The human model from before, albeit in aqua, rotates as "medi" and "facts" fade in and zoom towards the camera. "HEALTHCARE INFORMATION" blurs in below. Once the human model is directly facing the camera, it stops rotating. The text continues to zoom in.
  • Closing: Over a blurred shot of the commercial, medifacts" is shown. It zooms out, then back in as "my" and ".com" appear, forming the URL "mymedifacts.com". Below is the "This message is sponsored by..." message from below, but in black.

Variant: A Spanish version exists.

Technique: CGI. The closing variant also uses live-action footage.

Audio:

  • Visuals: A calm, synth version of the previous tag's theme.
  • Closing: Same as before, albeit with a clicking noise (the same one in the current Brand Power closing tag) when the URL appears.

Availability: Appears on all MediFacts commercials since 2017.
