Background

Ludia is a Canadian video game developer. Founded in 2007, they are best known for their licensed console game show adaptations such as Family Feud, Press Your Luck and The Price is Right. Today, they are owned by Jam City.

(March 26, 2008-March 5, 2015)

Expansion depth limit exceeded Logo: Two {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|skyblue|light blue}} streaks with smaller squares inside of them, fly in over a black background. As more fly in, they form the word "{{Expansion depth limit exceeded|skyblue|ludia}}". Two more streaks fly out of the logo. The dot of the "i" flashes and turns {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|orange}}, as sparks fly out of it.

Variants:

  • Starting with The Price Is Right Decades, a FremantleMedia byline wipes in below the logo.
  • On Ludia's earlier mobile games, the logo is still.
  • On Where's Waldo & Friends, the logo appears white over a {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|skyblue|light blue}} background.

Technique: Simple CGI.

Music/Sounds: Some computerized whooshes, followed by a three-note ding sounder and an airy note at the end.

Availability: This logo made its debut on the console The Price Is Right licensed game. Most of Ludia's console games (between 2008 and 2011) will have this logo on it, as well as some of their earlier mobile games. The normal variant's last appearance was on The Flinstones: Bring Back Bedrock, as starting with Jurassic World: The Game, the logo appears on the loading screen instead.
