Background

This is the production company of Bruce Willis and Arnold Rifkin. As of 2017, the fate of the company is left in limbo and dormant possibly due to the box-office bomb of Hangman (2017) and Bruce Willis' retirement in 2022.

Logo (March 7, 2003-March 11, 2005)

Visuals: On a dark sand background, we see a glowing red runic figure, looking like a stick with a circular end, and two lines crossing it. A cloud of flame envelops it, and vanishes to reveal a dragonfly, which begins to move and wipe the sand by its wings. The word "CHEYEППE" appears from the wiped sand. Then the dragonfly sits between П's (or N's) and turns back into the rune in a cloud of flame. The background, consisting of star-like particles, glows a little.

Variants:

  • On Gary the Rat, the logo is still.
  • On Full Throttle Saloon, the logo begins as the dragonfly turns into the rune.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An ethnic composition (by James Newton Howard) with drums, culminating at the second transformation of the dragonfly. Sometimes, it has the movie's opening theme or silence.

Availability: Seen on Tears of the Sun, The Whole Ten Yards, and Hostage.
