Boat Rocker Media is a Canadian independent entertainment company, based in Toronto, Ontario. It was established in 2003 by former entertainment lawyers David Fortier and Ivan Schneeberg. In 2006, they acquired Temple Street Productions (a company they have been employed with since 2003), which they incorporated into "Boat Rocker Studios". In the years since, Boat Rocker made many more acquisitions, most notably Radical Sheep and Jam Filled Entertainment in 2016, FremantleMedia Kids and Family along with the children's programming library of former ITV station Thames Television (acquired from FremantleMedia in 2018), and Insight Productions in 2018.
