Background

Boat Rocker Media is a Canadian independent entertainment company, based in Toronto, Ontario. It was established in 2003 by former entertainment lawyers David Fortier and Ivan Schneeberg. In 2006, they acquired Temple Street Productions (a company they have been employed with since 2003), which they incorporated into "Boat Rocker Studios". In the years since, Boat Rocker made many more acquisitions, most notably Radical Sheep and Jam Filled Entertainment in 2016, FremantleMedia Kids and Family along with the children's programming library of former ITV station Thames Television (acquired from FremantleMedia in 2018), and Insight Productions in 2018.

Boat Rocker produces and distributes a wide range of scripted and unscripted television shows, animation and family content either from the acquired libraries or on its own, the latter including Invasion, American Rust, Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry, Orphan Black, and Dino Ranch. The company also specializes in talent management and venture investing.

1st Logo (March 8, 2013-)

Visuals: In space, there is the planet Neptune eclipsed with a shine effect, which rotates to a gold coin with an emblem of the Roman god Neptune riding a chariot with three horses, on the water, with a trident in his right hand, all on the water. The white texts "INTEGRITAS" and "IMAGINATI CREATIO" are around the emblem. Then, it changes to white and turns 2D. On the bottom, the white text "BOAT ROCKER" in a custom serif font with stenciled "O"s appears, with "MEDIA" underneath.

Variants:

There are versions where the word "MEDIA" is replaced with either "RIGHTS" or "STUDIOS".
A still version of this logo exists.
An in-credit version of this logo also exists.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The closing theme of the show or none.

Availability:

It's seen on their new and current shows that they produced such as The Next Step, Kingdom Force, Remy & Boo, Danger Mouse, Late Nite Eights, Amber Brown and Cravendish, among others.
It also plasters the 2001 FremantleMedia logo on current prints of kids shows that FremantleMedia originally produced such as Wizards Vs. Aliens and Bindi's Bootcamp.

2nd Logo (March 22, 2020-)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a golden circle emblem labeled with the letters "B" and "R" joint together. On the bottom is the text from the previous logo in gold.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: The closing theme of the show.

Availability: Unknown.
