3rd Logo (1997-2013)

Visuals: On a black background, an arc is drawn in by a glowing dot. At the end of the arc, the dot turns into a spark, and more lights draw a rectangle and the word "insiGht" like before, only the rectangle and text are drawing at the same time. There is also a mountain landscape in the logo. Throughout the logo, the perspective changes from head on to a right angle. Also, the Insight logo is now in a brown-white color instead of blue.

Variants:

  • A still version exists.
  • Sometimes, a copyright stamp can be seen below the logo.
  • Later on, the logo was updated for HD. The lights are brighter and better quality, the logo zooms in, the mountain landscape moves with the logo, and the word "PRODUCTIONS" is also drawn in below the rectangle, spaced out to fit the logo.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The end theme of the show.

Availability: Can be seen on Insight's output like Project Runway Canada, Animal Kingdom: The First Adventure, Top Chef Canada as well as the Juno Awards. Also seen on older seasons and episodes of The Amazing Race Canada and Canadian Idol.
