Rename "Clip-on Library"
Title says it all.
I personally think "Home Entertainment Bumpers" would be clearer to the general public. I have no idea where the terms "Clip-on Library" or even "clip-ons" come from, seems like it has originated from the fandom wiki. Unlike "bumper", "logo", "ID/ident", or "tag", I've never seen the term "clip-on" or "clip-on library" pop up on any book on motion graphics, and thus, IMO, will confuse readers and motion graphics enthusiasts.
Therefore, I suggest this section and their pages to be renamed to "Home Entertainment Bumpers". The term "bumper" in this context is more widespread amongst the general public and in motion graphic circles. If you have any other suggestions for this section rename, please state it here.

- Support I find "Home Entertainment Bumpers" a far better name. · Talk · Edits 12:01, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

even though I was just getting used to "Clip-on Library"...Only joking of course, this is less confusing to new viewers who might be like "What in the world is a Clip-On?" and not knowing what it's referring to. This is a better name because "Home Entertainment" is a more popular term and thus more people will likely know what "Home Entertainment Bumpers" refers to. Compooper (talk) 12:07, 15 October 2023 (UTC) - Support I never heard of clip-ons until now, very unlikely anyone else knows what they are. TheNintendoGuy9009 (talk) 12:08, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Support I've literally never seen anyone aside from JR use the term Clip-Ons, so I think this would better accommodate for most viewers of the site. Eternity Media Group (talk) 12:17, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Support this is less vague ForcedExcess26 (talk) 12:20, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Support Get real. I've never seen anyone use "Clip-on" in history. TVB here 13:03, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

- Support May I ask why the heck the name is like that instead of the other!? TPatKB (AKA Mr Vadimon) (this is my talk page) 15:10, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Support Has my full support, I have no idea why this was even chosen as the main name considering the only person who seriously used it was JR. LoganStuff (talk) 15:49, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Support Even though I found "clip-on" and coined it for general use, yeah good idea. Additionally, I found where the term came from. It came from the FANDOM Company Bumpers wiki. If there's one thing I learned is that, don't name things from a knockoff wiki. (What you gonna do when clip-ons come for you!?) 20:45, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

- Comment: how about if it wwas Home Video Bumpers insead: the pro is that it's quicker and concise to type and in length but the con is that home entertainment is a more general term so i don't know Diberhaze (talk) 12:19, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: We could also use this for pages whose titles incorporate text from the bumper itself, like this one. Gilby1385 (talk) 19:02, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Through the SNOWBALL clause, we should close this. Y'all may think this is a surprise from the guy who coined the term "clip-on" on AVID. Even though it has grown on me, I think we should use "bumper", or in formal cases, "Home Video Bumpers". To replace "Clip-On Set", we should use "Bumper set" or "1st/2nd/3rd Bumper". My Home Media project was renamed for this reason. Thanks for standing up to my status quo. (What you gonna do when clip-ons come for you!?) 13:04, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
