Availability:
- It appeared on the original run of Big Cook, Little Cook, The Yuk Show, and Monkey Makes.
- While the former is available and DVD and has this logo intact, the other two are nowhere to be seen outside of original airings. While an episode of the latter is on DVD as part of Milkshake! Treats, this logo is not retained at the end.
