Background

Sunwoo Entertainment was an animation studio in Seoul, South Korea. Sunwoo was mostly known for outsourced animation for series made by Walt Disney Television Animation, Nickelodeon Animation Studio, etc. The company is founded in 1974.

1st logo (1995-2004)

Visuals: On a white background, there is a red circle shading better the letter "S" but shaded in the half of white and black on the other half. On the other side, there was a company's name in English "SUNWOO" with the red line under it with the word "ENTERTAINMENT" also in black. And also it has the Korean letters under it.

Audio: None.

2nd logo (2004-2015)


Visuals: On a black background is some two grey rectangular tubes moving together until they get connected. Then, the company's name appears the words "SUNWOO" in blue and "ENTERTAINMENT" in red, after that, it fades to the Sunwoo logo which the borders was yellow orange and the left and purple on the right. The word will now change the color to white for "SUNWOO" and "ENTERTAINMENT" in orange.

Variants:

  • On Kung Fu Dino Posse, the logo is in its print form and the text below "SUNWOO" reads "ASIA-PACIFIC".
  • On some films, the Sunwoo logo flying in. Then, the blue streak shines in.
  • A still version with the white background exists.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: The closing theme of the show or none.

Audio Variant: On films like Yobi, the Five Tailed Fox, a majestic fanfare is heard.
