Background
This was a production company operated by Arlene Sidaris, wife of producer and Malibu Bay Films founder Andy Sidaris.
Logo (1993-1998)
Visuals: There is a close-up of a grey skyhawk head and legs. His red eye shines. Then the picture zooms out to the left side, revealing the whole bird and the word in fancy font: SKYHAWKS FILMS. The first letter of each word has a long red uptail.
Technique: Only the eyes blinking use any effect, followed by the zoom-out.
Audio: A hawk sound when the eye blinks, followed by another repeat.
