Background

This company was founded in 1998 as Barking Dog Studios by ex-Radical Entertainment employees. In 2002, Take-Two Interactive Software purchased the company and renamed it to Rockstar Vancouver. It was merged with Rockstar Toronto in 2012.

Logo (October 17, 2006-October 21, 2008)

Visuals: During the Rockstar Games logo variant, there is a green Rockstar shield pops up in the center, and two baseballs hit it, but nothing happens. Three more baseballs are thrown at the logo, which only makes the text "ROCKSTAR VANCOUVER" pop up. A brick is then thrown at the logo, segueing into the Rockstar Games logo.

Variant: On Bully: Scholarship Edition, when the single baseball is thrown at the green Rockstar logo, that's when the "ROCKSTAR VANCOUVER" text pops up. When multiple baseballs hit the logo, it flips over an extra time, turns black, and changes the text to "ROCKSTAR NEW ENGLAND". The regular Rockstar logo still comes up when the logo is hit by the brick.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Same as the Rockstar Games logo variant.

Availability: Appears on Bully and its Scholarship Edition.
