Background

Reddit is an American social news aggregation, content rating, and discussion website. Registered users, commonly known ad Redditors, are able to submit content to the site such as links, images, videos, and text posts, which can be voted up or down by other users. Posts are organized by subject into user-created boards known as "communities" or "subreddits".

The website is operated by Reddit Inc., and was launched on June 23, 2005 by Steve Huffman, Aaron Swartz, and Alexis Ohanian. As of October 2023, Reddit is the 18th most visited website in the world.

Visuals: Essentially just an orange circle with a symbol of a robot's head in white on it on a dark gray background.

Trivia: The robot's head featured in the screen is named Snoo, who is the website's mascot.
