Background: Nickelodeon Games and Sports For Kids (usually shortened to Nick GaS) was a digital subchannel of Nickelodeon launched on March 1, 1999 that mainly aired reruns of Nick's many game shows. The channel was shut down on December 31, 2007 and was replaced by a 24-hour version of The N, now called TeenNick. However, due to technical problems, Dish Network kept the network until April 23, 2009, when it was replaced by the Pacific feed of Cartoon Network.

(2003-2004)

Logo: On a black background, we see the Nick GaS logo from the time (the Nickelodeon text on a orange banner, the words "GaS" with the "G" and the "S" outlined in light green and "a" in a small black circle. Below it is the words "GAMES AND SPORTS" on a green board, and "FOR KIDS" on a smaller green board, being slightly misaligned. All of this is in front of a inverted square with the top half in cyan and the bottom half colored green-yellow) with the Nickelodeon banner waving as if a flag in the wind. A copyright notice is seen below.

FX/SFX: The flag waving.

Music/Sounds: A male voice exclaiming "Ho ho, yeah!".

Availability: Extinct. Seen on Gamefarm, which hasn't been seen since at least the mid 2000s.
