Background
Fairway International was a production company run by producer Arch Hill. Sr, which distributed a number of B-movies in the early 60s, many of which starred Hill's son Arch Hill. Jr. One of the more notorious films they produced was Eegah, which was featured on an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and is widely regarded as one of the worst films ever made.
1st Logo (1961-1965)
Logo: On a blue background with a coat of arms shield, the words "FAIRWAY INTERNATIONAL" with "presents" underneath are shown.
FX/SFX: It's a still logo.
Variant: A black and white version exists.
Music/Sounds: The sound of church bells, though sometimes it was silent.
Availability: Seen on movies distributed by the company, including The Sadist and the infamous Eegah.
