Logo: On a black background, we see red and silver blocks zooming out, moving into place, forming the current ESPN logo in silver. Then the text "HOME VIDEO" in white, fades in below the logo.

FX/SFX: The 3D blocks moving, forming the logo. It's all 3D animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Rare. Can be seen on ESPN VHS releases of the era, such as Sports Bloopers For Kids, among others.
