Main Logo Variations

These are the logo variations seen throughout the years by DreamWorks Animation Television, with more to be added overtime.

The Adventures of Puss in Boots (2015): Puss sits in the moon instead of the boy. He catches a fish which he tosses directly into his mouth, eating the fish.

Madagascar

All Hail King Julien (2014): On a nighttime jungle background, Julien sits in a straw moon and pulls up his line, revealing Mort hanging onto the end. He then catches a shark, and Mort yells "I'm okay!" as Julien laughs.

Madagascar: A Little Wild (2020): The logo is a snapshot of a young Marty, Alex, Gloria and Melman posing in front of a background similar to the DreamWorks Pictures logo.

Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends

The Mr. Peabody & Sherman Show (2015): The WABAC flies over a bluish-nighttime background and drops Sherman off on the moon. He grabs a fishing rod and pulls up the text, with Peabody standing on the "O" of "DreamWorks". The "DreamWorks" text, which is black with white outlines, then glows.

The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle (2018): Bullwinkle does his magic trick and pulls out Rocky, who flies to the crescent, sits on it and pulls out a fishing rod. As he does so, the text, looking similar to the Mr. Peabody & Sherman Show variant, fades in.

Home: Adventures with Tip and Oh (2016): Oh is in the moon in place of the boy, he fishes up the controller for his saucer, and activates it, flying off into the opening. The text is also in a different font.

On the Christmas special entitled "DreamWorks Home: For the Holidays", Oh is wearing a Santa hat. Meanwhile, Tip drives Slushious and throws a snowball to Oh, but Oh is laughing for his delight.

The Croods

Dawn of the Croods (2015): The entire family piles onto the moon as it rocks them to sleep.

The Croods: Family Tree (2021): The logo has Eep and Dawn fishing on the moon. They pull up a bear-fish hybrid, so Eep breaks off a chunk of the moon to beat it off.

DreamWorks Dragons

Dragons: Riders of Berk: It is the same as the 2nd DreamWorks Animation logo, except Hiccup and Toothless replace the boy on the moon, with the former reading a book and the latter having a fishing line tied to his tail. Toothless then fires on the camera, with Match Cuts in the opening, depicting Hiccup and Toothless flying out of the moon.

Dragons: Rescue Riders: Dak falls off the crescent, dangling onto the "M" as Winger catches him and puts him back on the crescent.

Tales of Arcadia: The DreamWorks logo is based around a specific artifact/gadget of importance in the story.

Trollhunters (2016): The Amulet of Merlin opens into the crescent moon, Jim steps out of the crescent and holds his sword high. The text then fades in, with "Animation Television" in a different font.

3Below (2018): The logo is formed from an Akiridion interface. Luug then appears inside of it and barks.

Wizards (2020): On a space background, the Heart of Avalon device forms the crescent moon, and Archie flies into it and perches on it. He turns to us and says "Meow!". The text then fades in, and unlike the previous two variants, it is colored green and is in a different font.

Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans (2021): The Krohnisfere device (displaying scenes from the film) forms the crescent moon, and Jim steps out of the crescent and holds his sword high.

Voltron: Legendary Defender (2016): On a blue space background, Voltron carves a crescent shape of the moon, and stands behind it. The text, in blue, zooms out underneath it.

Harvey Street Kids/Harvey Girls Forever! (2018): Audrey, Lotta and Dot are sitting in the moon together, Dot pulls a flag of the Harvey Girls symbol and Audrey pokes a flag to the moon.

Trolls

Trolls: The Beat Goes On! (2018): Poppy appears and becomes shaped like a crescent moon, which pulls her stick to the DreamWorks text and Guy Diamond. Guy sparkly farts to the text into a white glow, then Cloud Guy takes Poppy for the beginning of the show's theme song.

- In the Season 3 episode "The Imposter": Poppy discusses Branch's paranoia issues, and it cuts to him trying to explain that the man in the moon is actually a boy fishing, demonstrating with a silhouette of the DreamWorks logo.

- In the Season 6 episode "Haircuffed": During Branch and Creek's duet, one segment involves Branch sitting on the DreamWorks moon, before pulling Creek up.

Trolls: TrollsTopia (2020): The DreamWorks logo takes on a scrapbook appearance, in which the ambassadors of each Troll tribe take a step putting it together, with Poppy making the last touch by giving Troll hair to the fishing boy. Also, the font is the same as the first film's variation.

The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (2018): George and Harold are drawing a picture, which zooms in, depicting Captain Underpants standing on the crescent to which he jumps, causing his cape to get struck on the crescent.

In the first two seasons of the show, "ANIMATION TELEVISION" is absent.

The Boss Baby

The Boss Baby: Back in Business (2018): There is the print logo, minus the text, in blue on a white background. Ted "Boss Baby" Templeton Jr. (on a crescent-shaped chair) pushes it away, and the text, in the same color as his chair, zooms out below it. He holds a phone and says "Hold on my calls."

Back in the Crib (2022): Same as in Back in Business, but "ANIMATION TELEVISION" is removed, and Tina leaps on Ted's chair and spins it midway through his call.

Kung Fu Panda

Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny (2018): The DreamWorks logo appears in gold with a panda replacing the boy on a mountain background and the wordmark having a calligraphy feel to it, with the word "Presents" appearing at the bottom.

- In the Season 1 episode "Enter the Dragon Master": Po colors a piece of paper into black ink. He later draws the logo. After that, the logo turns to gold with the design being the same used for the regular intro but with the wordmark being bigger and the moon symbol being smaller. After that, the logo zooms into the opening shot.

Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight (2022): The moon appears reflected in a barrel of fish, then a hook falls into it. The camera pans up to reveal Po in the moon fishing in the barrel. He catches a fish (albeit akwardly) and throws it into his mouth, then says "Skadoosh!".

Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts (2020): Mandu munches on a bag of cheese snacks at the end of the fishing line, which draws him to the logo, where Wolf is sitting in place of the fishing boy.

Rhyme Time Town (2020): Daisy, Cole, and Cow are seen jumping over the Moon. Cow drops them off as the Moon turns into a crescent shape and the text appears below it. Humpty Dumpty climbs onto the text and sits on it, waving at us.

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power (2018): The logo appears from Light Hope's hologram and features She-Ra in her classic "sword aloft" pose.

From Season 4 onwards, "ANIMATION TELEVISON" is added.

Dinotrux (2015): Revvit carves the DreamWorks logo into the ground that features Ty Rux and him fishing on the moon.

Where's Waldo/Wally (2019): There is Waldo/Wally in the moon, then the text shown. Waldo/Wally gets a red and white striped key, causing the logo and text to become red and white striped. Then it pans down to Earth, thus the opening sequence follows.

Archibald's Next Big Thing (2019): Bea bumps into an egg, causing it to crack, forming a crescent shape and revealing Archibald standing on it. He falls down and Bea grabs him. The text is below it in a hand-drawn style.

Gabby’s Dollhouse (2021): Gabby, in live action, pulls out a cardboard cutout on a string of Pandy Paws sitting on the moon with the fishing pole. It fades into an animated version of him doing the same, as he pulls his line out of the water, now holding a starfish, as MerCat leaps out of the water.

Cleopatra in Space (2020): Cleopatra and her cat Khensu are seated on the moon, and then take off on an anti-gravity bike. The writing also appears in hieroglyphics briefly.

Fast and Furious: Spy Racers (2019): The Universal variant flips to this logo. Afterwards, it zooms out, revealing a car that drives towards the camera.

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous (2020): Continuing where the Universal variant has left off, the "DREAMWORKS" text orbits to the ocean side of the Earth as it reveals a DreamWorks logo-shaped continent. It then zooms to reveal an Amblin Entertainment-shaped archipelago on the other side of the globe. The logo is bylineless.

Go, Dog. Go! (2021): There is Scooch Pooch sitting on a darkened moon surrounded by clouds with the text (without "ANIMATION TELEVISION") below while reading a book. A yellow zeppelin then appears with Tag Barker hanging from a ladder attached to it. She then pulls a cord attached the tip of the moon, causing it to light up, as well as the text. As the zeppelin flies away, she waves at Scooch, who waves back, before continuing to read his book.

The Mighty Ones (2020): Twig, Leaf, and Rocksy are seen sitting together, to which Rocksy uses Twig as a fishing rod to fish Very Berry out. Leaf sneezes, causing them to fall off and the text fades in.

Pinecone and Pony (2022): Princess Pinecone is on the moon, and she pulls up her pony.

Abominable and the Invisible City (2022): There is a dish of dumplings on a table, Yi and her friends try to grab the first few dumplings before Everest takes the rest and laughs. Then, the DreamWorks logo is shown but with Everest himself replacing the boy.

Curses! (2023): The logo is placed against a starry, very dark blue night sky, the clouds are replaced by gnarly tree branches framed in silhouette, the "DREAMWORKS" text is colored in blood red and partially wrapped around some of the branches, and the Moon Child (as well as the moon itself) are completely black except for the lower corner of the moon, which is illuminated with red and green hues and the Child's bright white eyes, which are staring frighteningly at the camera.

The Bad Guys: A Very Bad Holiday (2023): The Bad Guys appear and steal away the logo.

Megamind

Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate (2024): A crescent moon is seen, the moon zooms back to reveal the DreamWorks wordmark. After a few seconds, Megamind appears to tell his henchmen to lift the logo prop away, which cuts straight into the opening prologue.

Megamind Rules! (2024): Megamind is seen sitting on the moon fishing. He pulls up Minion/Chum, who says "Hello" to the audience before he falls and pulls Megamind with him. After that, the camera zooms out and the rest of the logo is revealed.
