1st Logo (June 18, 2004- October 28, 2005)

Logo: On a black background, we see the words "2121 PRODUCTIONS" in a strange, futuristic font appear by pixels with "2121" being bigger and on the word "Productions". The logo slightly zooms up a bit.

FX/SFX: The words appearing, the zooming.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on the first season of Phil of the Future on Disney+.

2nd Logo (June 25, 2005- August 19, 2006)

Logo: On a black and white background that has a liquid effect, we see the words "2121 PRODUCTIONS" in the same fashion like before. The background clears up and turn black and we have the same finished product like before.

FX/SFX: The background.

Music/Sounds: Same as before.

Availability: Seen on the second season of Phil of the Future on Disney+.
