Background

Xenon Kids Entertainment was a ultra-short lived division of Xenon Entertainment Group started in 1999. It only released 4 VHSs and DVDs, and these were to be known as the complete series of C Bear & Jamal. They immediately closed the division near the end of 2000 after failing to release the title on DVDs.

(2000)

Nickname: "The Friendly Prism"

Logo: On a goldenrod-orange gradient background we see the prism from the Xenon Entertainment Group logo. The prism and "XENON" move to the top of the screen and the word "ENTERTAINMENT" moves to the bottom of the screen and the word "KIDS" in a colorful comic-sans like font finally pops into the screen with the Prism and the "XENON" word and "ENTERTAINMENT" word closing in on to the words as if they made room for the "KIDS" word. The whole logo fades out after staying on the screen for a short period of time.

FX/SFX: Only the colorful "KIDS" word, popping in with the prism and the words making room.

Music/Sounds: A rubbery sound from a balloon, also combined with a popping sound ending with the laugh from the Eddie Murphy Productions logo... Which unfortunately appears to be stolen, otherwise unknown.

Availability: Only known to be seen on VHS and DVD copies of C Bear & Jamal.

Editor's Note: Simple effects from the late 90's. The "KIDS" word popping in along with (Eddie Murphy's?) laugh may startle first time viewers.
