Background
Vinegar Syndrome is a home video company that specializes in film restoration of genre films, though it later on branched out to exploitation, horror, and action. It was founded by Joe Rubin and Ryan Emerson in 2012, who created the company to distribute many lost films. On September 3, 2021, Vinegar Syndrome established a sub-branch, Vinegar Syndrome Pictures (or VSP), to produce and distribute films.
