Your classic CLG skin

Hey. I tried out your CologneBlue CSS and I have to say I'm impressed. If you manage to perfect it further, would you object if I used that as the wiki's default skin for the day of the wiki's 15th birthday in July? I've been wondering how we'll celebrate on the day and that seems like a bit of nostalgic fun! Talk · Edits 03:46, 11 April 2022 (UTC)

Just checked it out. I have to say, you managed to capture the blue CLG days quite accurately. Logohub (talk) 04:49, 11 April 2022 (UTC)

Regarding your recent page creation

Hello, PajamaFrix and nice effort on your creation of KTTW. Please note these two things when documenting new logos in mainspace:

  1. The use of first and second person pronouns to address logos are not permitted, as they set the descriptions in a conversational and informal tone. Nowadays, the aim of the wiki is to maintain descriptions in a formal and informative manner so that everyone can read them without feeling bothered.
  2. You have left two sections either mostly or completely blank. Although I understand they are missing, which makes some sections valid in that case (e.g. the Technique and Audio sections), they should not be brought up if there is absolutely no information regarding these idents, particularly the 2009 ID since there is no capture or info available. Plus, even if the full capture of the ident is currently unavailable, the Visuals should at least be described if a fragment of the ident contains a capture or more, as there could be details some readers may have trouble identifying from a sole image.

I hope these editing guidelines can help improve the way you approach and document new logos on the wiki. Thank you and happy editing. Camenati (talk) 06:38, 28 April 2024 (UTC)
