Regarding tiers
Hello, Dexter's Mom. It has come to my attention you have attempted to revive the now retired tiers by instating alternately worded availability terms such as "Very infrequent" and "Easy to find". Please keep in mind they were deprecated for their subjectivity, a quality that is to be avoided on the wiki. If it is notable, then you may bring it up on the Legacy section.
