1st Logo (1998) Ultimation (1996) Logo: A bright green source of light appears on the screen. It slowly moves down as the silver 3D word "ULTIMATION" in custom font lowers and zooms out. When they stop moving, "An" fades in above, and "Production" below the name, both green.

FX/SFX: Only the moving.

Music/Sounds: A gloomy, dull wind-blowing sound.

Availability: Appears only on Panzer Commander.

2nd Logo (2001-2002)

Ultimation (2001)

Nickname: "The Black Saturn"

Logo: We see a black planet floating in space with bright cyan-colored rings. We pan around the planet, and the yellow star comes to stop behind it, creating light corona around. Then logo then flashes and background changes to black. The logo becomes black and blue with "ULTIMATION" below in corporate font.

FX/SFX: The planet and star move.

Music/Sounds: A synth windy note with heartbeats.

Availability: Seen on Silent Hunter 2 and Destroyer Command.

Final Note: In Early 2000's Ubisoft, the owner of the SSI brand, decided to retire it. Ultimation was gone along with SSI and their website still has the latest update made in 2002.
