Trans Films Video

Logo (1980s)

Visuals: The sequence begins with a blue/black gradient background where the surface is shown taking a major portion of the screen, textured with multiple copies of a modified Trans World Entertainment logo without the third bottom line of the "E". The copies at the bottom disappear and an outlined box appears at the center, with the halves of the logo appearing one-by-one. Once the second half appears, the background disappears and a shine effect is applied to the logo. After a while, the white text "TRANS FILMS" and "VIDEO" appear at the bottom with a shadow behind them. The logo then cuts to a screen where a filmstrip overlay is animating with three frames taking up the screen. At the center frame is the word "PRESENTA" surrounded by an animated rainbow-colored frame. The sequence then fades to black.

Technique: 8-bit style computer animation.

Audio: An alternate, unidentified recording of the 20th Century Fox Cinemascope fanfare, with the drumroll cut off and the extension being played in a lower octave.
