Background

Total Television Productions was founded in 1959 by Buck Biggers. The shows made by the company are King Leonardo and His Short Subjects, Tennessee Tuxedo and His Tales, Underdog, among others. Most of the shows handled by The Program Exchange, which would later purchased by Golden Books Family Entertainment in the late '90s. Now NBCUniversal (via Classic Media) owned the rights to the shows.
