Think & Film Abraxas Co., Ltd.

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st Logo (October 12, 1996)

Visuals: It starts with a black background. The camera moves to close-ups of a green stone-like shape forming, with several pieces joining and assembling. Near the end, it is revealed that the shape is a circle with two eye irises. Rays of light come out from the logo and yellow and green colors fill out from then shape. The rays of light then disappear once the logo moves back, with the borders of the stone changing to a lighter blue. The handwritten Hangul name fades in below the logo, followed by "THINK & FILM Abraxas Co., Ltd." - "THINK & FILM" being condensed and "Abraxas Co., Ltd." in a more wider style.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A triumphant synth brass fanfare. At the end, it changes to a soft ambient synth, then it segues to the opening of the movie.

Availability: Only seen on Gwicheondo.

2nd Logo (August 15, 1997)

Visuals: On a black background, the shape of the eye in silver appears moving around. It rotates to the sides, as a white light passes through it, forming the iris. It rotates around and then a line appears moving and merging with the eye. The eye then duplicates into two and each eye moves to the sides of the line as these keep spinning, with multiple wiping white lights moving around quickly in the background, and a silver circle appearing behind the logo. The eyes and line then merge with the circle, and multiple shapes in yellow and green then appear zooming out in the background, as the same colors begin filling up in the logo. A bright dot appears jumping to the hole left from the logo into position. The Hangul letters in the same style as before, but in light blue, appear one-by-one with a glow behind it. The glow dims a bit, and then the English name of the logo, "THINK & FILM Abraxas Co.,Ltd." (now with "THINK & FILM" in italics and "Co.,Ltd." without a space and in serif) appears glowing in.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A brief version of the previous logo's fanfare, fading out during the middle to the opening sequence of the film.

Availability: Only seen on The Last Defense.
