Visuals: On a black background is a golden E merged with an O-like object (a fusion of the Latin letter "E" [as in "Eternal"] and the Chinese character "恒" [the first character of the company name in Chinese]). The logo zooms out, revealing text "THE ETERNAL FILM (H.K.) CO." and the Chinese translation, side by side with the logo.

Audio: Same as the previous logo.

Availability: Seen on films produced during this era. Notably appears on the Bruceploitation film Bruce Lee - The Man, The Myth, which stars Ho Chung Tao.

3rd Logo (October 20, 1977-1986)

Visuals: Outlined and variously colored copies of the Eternal print logo zoom out on a black background to connect to each other. Then, the logo flashes, causing it to turn yellow. The red Chinese text wipes in from the right, and the English translation (similar to the previous logo) in an opposite direction.

Technique: A mix of camera-controlled and cel animation.

Audio: Two horn fanfares, namely "Fanfares #3" followed "Fanfares #2", both composed by Mark Winter from the Valentino Music Library.

Availability: Can be seen on films produced during this era, most of them starring Billy Chong. Examples include Crystal Fist and Kung Fu Zombie.
