Background

The Black Label is the independent sub-label and subsidiary of YG Entertainment founded in 2015 by Teddy Park and Kush, both composers for several YG artists. The Black Label's artists include former BIGBANG member TAEYANG, JEON SOMI, and Bryan Chase.

Visuals: The visuals consist of the text "THEBLΛƆKLΛBEL" over a black background.

Technique: A still image consisting of digital text.

Audio: None, or the ending track of the video.

Availability: This end tag started appearing prominently in videos more recently. Can be seen on almost all of The Black Label's M/Vs and teasers post-2021, with only a handful of sightings on videos prior to that point. Its earliest appearance was on the music video for "Uh Huh" and "Sleep Talk" by Zion.T.
