Should we add this variation to this page?

This is part of a featurette that appeared on a VHS release which the comments section of this video once said, but I can't seem to find. That aside, I feel like if we can add it we should also put that {{Guidance}} template on it as well, but that template doesn't have an option for mentioning sensitive subject matter.
