1st Logo (December 5, 1988)

Visuals: There are planets, and the camera pans to the right to reveal the Earth. A white Viking ship then flies to the left, which brings the letters TVN. The word then rotates to face the camera, and has the color blue with red and white borders. The gray-yellow gradient word "TV Norge" zooms out to the screen with a trail effect, and when it stops a star fades at the left corner of the word. The red and blue borders then appear on the word. TVN then shines.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A triumphant horn fanfare that transitions into an upbeat synth theme.

2nd Logo (December 5, 1988-1995)

Visuals: On a black background, a water like substance is seen as stripes emerges from the pool and curve over to form an arc in the Norway flag colors. The arc fades to the N from before and scrolls away and tilts with the previous letters and rest at a tilted angle as the pool disappears and 2 strips slide in. The name zooms down with a streak effect and lands on the bottom strip.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A synth tune with drums.
