1st Intro (1980s-unknown retirement year)

Visuals: On a black wallpaper background, an Earth globe is shown spinning to the right, with the Arabic "اخبار" scrolling to the right and repeating itself in front of the globe. After a while, the text settles.

Technique: Stop-motion.

Audio: A drumroll, followed by a dramatic and bombastic brass fanfare.

2nd Intro (Mid 1990s-1999)

Visuals: On a blue background, multiple footage of events, military, and the government is shown in a 5x4 square grid, with the squares in the third column displaying a faint world map, while a blue/orange globe surrounded by white rings is shown rapidly moving near the bottom-left. After some seconds, the footage flips out into the world map shown at the third column of the grid. The globe then zooms into the screen, and moves back to the center-left, as the yellow Arabic "الا اخبار" flips in next to the globe. The text then glows brightly.

Technique: CGI mixed with live-action footage.

Audio: A marching fanfare.
