Simbar Intan Film

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st Logo (1990)

Visuals: On a space background, there is a small flash, followed by a yellow diamond silhouette which zooms from the point of the flash into a full size. The silhouette becomes a green-colored diamond. The arched yellow text "PT. SIMBAR INTAN FILM" wipes in above the diamond, which sparkles.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A horn fanfare.

Availability: Appears on Melacak Tapak Harimau. The logo is strangely cut off when the movie was aired on MNCTV, which usually keeps the logos on airings of old films.

2nd Logo (13 February 1991)

Visuals: On a gradient blue background, a yellow "SIF" in a slanted font (forming a trapezium) zooms in, followed by a white diamond rising up from the "I" from the "SIF". The diamond sparkles, then a small comet flies out of the diamond and flies under the "SIF", leaving "P.T. SIMBAR INTAN FILM" below. The comet flies off the screen.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: "Proclamation (1)" by Keith Mansfield, from "KPM 1000 Series: National Heritage/Rural Heritage" (1978)

Availability: Appears on Suromenggolo.
