Background

Silver Reel Partners AG (commonly known as Silver Reel) is a Swiss film financing and production company founded in 2009.

1st Logo (2010s-2016)

Logo: On a black background, the text "Silver Reel" in a Calibri font fades and turns to the screen letter by letter while a red lens flare is seen moving from the left to the right. After it dies down, "INVESTING IN ENTERTAINMENT" fades in below.

FX/SFX: The lens flare moving and the letters turning.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on films from this period such as Under the Skin.

Legacy: It's a boring logo overall, but the next logo is the opposite of that.

2nd Logo (2016-)

Logo: On a dark gray-blue cloudy background, a 3D red rombus diamond shape pops out, which then turns to the company name from before (now in a metallic silver color) in 3D with the same red shape until it stops.

Variants:

FX/SFX: 3D animation.

Music/Sounds: A celesta/violin fanfare with repeating high notes.

Availability: Can be seen on films and series such as Unlocked, Breathe, Ride Like a Girl, Most Dangerous Game, among others.

Legacy: An big improvement from the previous logo, with more effort put in this time around.
