Background
This was the host broadcaster for the Olympic Games Seoul 1988 which was set up by the Seoul Olympic Organizing Committee (SLOOC) and KBS.

Visuals: There is a massive bronze bell. As it rings, the scenery changes to the mountains in a river with animals living there. Then it cuts to several bubbles with animations of people playing sports. A circle forms a rings while the words THE GAMES OF THE XXIV OLYMPIAD are seen. The giant ring lands at Seoul Olympic Stadium. Finally, the Olympic Rings appear outside of the stadium ready to enter the screen and a shooting star appear which both land on the screen forming the Seoul 1988 emblem logo.
Variants: On NBC's broadcast of the Games, the NBC peacock replaces the Seoul 1988 emblem while the Olympic Rings are colored in gold, which was used for NBC's Olympic logo until 2018.
Technique: A mix of CGI and traditional animation.
Audio: A rendition of "The Olympic Spirit" by John Williams.
Audio Variant: On the NBC variation, an extended version of said song is used.
