Background

Rising Star Studios is a Minnesota-based production company founded as a result of the merger from Wet Cement Productions (the original incarnation) and Morning Light Media in 2009. In 2011, it acquired GoldKing Media. In 2013, the company was restructured.

Logo (2009-2013)


Visuals: On a black background, a white bottomless triangle zooms out and reveals the text, “RISING STAR” in yellow. A star rises behind the triangle and the text “STUDIOS” slides out from behind the “RISING STAR” text. The text, “All Rights Reserved” is below everything.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A deep chord (D note), or the ending theme of the show.

Availability: It makes an appearance on TBN/Smile prints of Auto-B-Good and probably Ewe Know. It also plasters the Discovery Kids logo on Monster Truck Adventures.
