Background

Polliwog Media LLC was the vanity card of television anchor and journalist Jane Pauley.

Logo (August 30, 2004-May 20, 2005)

Visuals: On a black background is an old black and white photo of a house near a pond, complete with a tree near and in front of the house. In front of the pond is a grassy knoll with a huge rock and some smaller rocks. In front of the house are two little girls (actually Jane Pauley (right) and her sister Ann (left) as children). The photo and the girls zoom slowly towards the camera. The background would then fall over, transitions to silhouettes of the girls standing on blue shimmering water. Below, there's the stacked text "Polliwog Media LLC" with "LLC" set on the down left corner.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: Jane Pauley herself saying the company name accompanied by birds chirping. Once the logo is revealed, she says "Oh, I get it!".

Availability: Only appeared on The Jane Pauley Show, which, like most syndicated talk shows, is never reran when they finish their run.
