Background

Partridge Films was a British production company based in Bristol that produces wildlife programmes. Michael Rosenberg founded the company in 1974 and sold it to UNMC twenty two years later.

Logo (Late 1990's)

Visuals: On a lavender-pale golden rod gradient background, two chukar partridges are shown, the left-most of which is looking down. Underneath it is the company name in a bold Arial font with "LTD" added next to it.

Variants:

  • An in-credit variant consists of a less detailed version of the same partridge species, the text is in a different font, and "LTD" was removed.
    • On Amazing Animals, the text is green.

Technique: A still, computerized graphic.

Audio: The ending theme of the programme.

Availability: The logo on its own appeared on original British airings of The Crocodile Hunter. The in-credit variant appeared on Animal Alphabet and Amazing Animals.
