Visuals: There is a close-up of a rusted, chipped white garage with windows; with black paint mostly seen at the top half. Inside is a man with glasses, wearing a hat (actually Ray Romano's late father, Albert Romano) holding up a brown sign with "PIANO INSTRUCTION" on it in white. Below the garage windows is "Papa Al Productions" spray-painted in black with some splotches throughout.

Variant: On the 2022 film Somewhere in Queens, the logo is cropped in a box on a black background and zoomed out. In addition, the white border is added for the logo.
