Background
This was a production company managed by Vincent Newman and Tucker Tooley. It was formed in 1998 and lasted until 2003. The name was brought back in 2013 when Newman and Tooley both produced We're the Millers, but it's unknown if they'll resume working together for future projects, nor if the company will become active again.
1st Logo (1998-2003)
Logo: We see a silhouette of a rocky hill and two men walking up it against an orange/yellow sunset. "NEWMAN/TOOLEY FILMS" is beneath the logo in a Times New Roman font.
