Visuals: There are 3 triangles, 2 of them are sandwiching the triangle with stripes, and next to them are acronyms of the company name, with the first 2 initials being capitalized, and the last initial being in lowercase. Then we head to the warning, and the company info.

Audio: A techno-ish song.
Availability: Only seen on public domain releases, such as Little Lulu.
